One of the delights I experienced was joining the members of the Canadian Province for dinner, hosted by our Provincial Superior, Fr. Tim.

The manager of the restaurant was happy to see Fr. Tim who served in Rome as the Vicar General 2011-2017. The manager really pulled out all the stops for us!

Fr. Tim and I ordered a “small” beer, but the manager changed our order!

Apparently, dessert is mandatory when you eat at a restaurant in Rome. We all remembered the saying, “When in Rome, do as the Romans!”

Sunday, July 2 marked the anniversary of the death of our Founder, Bogdan Janski, in Rome, Italy. We walked to the church from where his funeral Mass was celebrated.
