Apostles of the Resurrection

As Resurrectionists we invite lay people to live out their vocation to holiness by sharing in our Resurrectionist spirituality, and to work with us for the resurrection of society by embracing our Charism and Mission in their everyday lives. In order to commit himself or herself more fully, a lay person may wish to become our Lay Associate – an Apostle of the Resurrection.

Novena to St. Mary Magdalene

The Apostles of the Resurrection invite you to pray with us a Novena to St. Mary Magdalene, our Patron Saint, and the Apostle to the Apostles, whose Feast Day is July 22.

Apostles' Current Initiatives

The Apostles of the Resurrection are active in ministry alongside the Resurrectionists.  Below are some of our current committees and initiatives.  Perhaps you are being called to join us and minister with us!

ARC - Apostles of the Resurrection Connect

The ARC Committee members have created the following document as a resource supporting your spiritual journey.  Each resource is attributed to one or more of the committee members.  You are welcome to reach out to these individuals whose name appears on the same line for clarification or comments about that resource.   If you would like to add another resource please contact Bob (email [email protected]) providing the same information about the resource you wish to add.

Prayer Intention Committee

The Apostles support each other, the Resurrectionists and the intentions of those in need around the world through our active Prayer Network.  If you have an intention you would like us to pray for please click the link below and send us your Prayer Request.

Retreat & Communal Prayer Committee

Those involved in ministry need to be nourished in their faith as well.  Our Retreat and Communal Prayer Committee plans various retreats and opportunities for praying together for the Apostles and Resurrectionists throughout the year, both in person and virtually.

Ministry to the CRs

The Ministry to the CRs aims to further develop our relationship with the Professed Resurrectionists in order to support each other, in ministry, professionally and personally.  We all need practical support sometimes; this committee aims to fill that need.

Mission Committee

Our Mission Committee is currently exploring their mandate, particularly ways to support social justice in our community.

Communications Committee

Our Communication Committee is also currently in formation, with a goal to assist the other Apostles committees in communicating between each other and promoting our projects in the wider community.
