Searching for Purpose? Who Can You Trust to Guide You?
In times of uncertainty, we may ask like Peter, “Lord, to whom can we go?” This simple yet profound question reflects the deep human longing for guidance and purpose, especially when discerning our vocation.
When faced with the challenge of understanding our path, this question helps us realize that we are seeking more than just a direction to follow – we are searching for a deeper union with the Source of Life, Jesus Christ.
Just as Peter recognized Jesus as the one who has the words of eternal life, discerning our vocation is about recognizing our true purpose in Christ.
“Our entire life and work in the Congregation is to give glory to God, because He is infinite goodness and love. In gratitude for His love and goodness to us, we desire to respond to God’s invitation by our life and vocation, offering Him love for love. “We, for our part, love because He first loved us (1 J 4:19)”.
