God Entrusts His People to Us

A Resurrectionist Vocation Minute for October 4, 27th Sunday in Ordinary Time

In today’s Gospel, the vineyard belongs to the landowner, but he puts it into human hands. The Church is like that too: God continues to entrust His people to parents, teachers, catechists, missionaries, priests and religious…
Among these and countless other workers, Resurrectionists are called to “call others, especially youth and families, to communities of the Risen Christ” and to “work together for the resurrection of society” (cf. Resurrectionist Mission and Charism statements).
God continues to entrust His vineyard to people in every generation, and He continues to send chosen workers into it. Could He be entrusting some part of His vineyard to your care?
