Many of the seminarians returned from their summer pastoral placements and their vacations. We still have about a month before school starts because the national election has delayed the beginning of the university year. So, we decided to put our time to good use by cleaning and refurbishing the formation house. One group was placed in charge of restarting the vegetable garden.
Another team was responsible for cleaning the chapel, inside and outside. Inside, Adrian and Evodius worked on thoroughly cleaning the windows.
Outside, Denis used the hose to wash the outside walls and windows of the chapel.
We have one area near the chapel that is largely shaded, and it is difficult for grass to grow there. We decided that we give up on the grass and plant a garden in its place.
We try to reuse everything, including old tires. The seminarians painted them and used them as a type of border for the garden.
Hopefully, the plants will grow well. If so, the letters “C” “R” will be even clearer to see in the future.

Feast of Epiphany – January 4, 2026
The magi draw our attention as we reflect on this feast but they are only manifestations of a deeper reality, the revelation of Christ as the light of all peoples…

What Star Are You Following?
The Magi are not content with staying where they are; they see a sign and embark on a journey to find the King.
