Hope of the Resurrection

A Resurrectionist Vocation Minute for May 10, 6th Sunday of Easter

As He prepares to leave this world and ascend to the Father, Jesus does not leave us on our own. He gives us the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom we can call upon (ad vocare) at any time, and who remains with us always.
In a world that can feel hopeless, often marked by violence, suffering, and death, this same Spirit keeps alive in us the hope of the Resurrection and new life. This hope is not meant to be hidden; as Saint Peter urges, we must be ready to give an account of it – not only with words, but above all with our very lives. How is the Spirit calling you to make that hope visible in your life?
