Meet the Ten New Aspirants…but first, before I introduce you to the new aspirants, I have to make a correction which Valentino pointed out to me. I said that we bought 100 small chicks to raise for eggs and eating, but we actually bought 200. Valentino is not only good at raising the chickens, but also is good for “quality control” of the blogs. Valentino has that “exasperated, yet understanding” look that I often see on the faces of my seminarians! Speaking of the small chicks, it is amazing how fast they have grown in a few weeks.
I caught the aspirants in the midst of their daily outdoor jobs of raking, gardening, sweeping, and caring for the property. I have included a photo of each at work.
Polycarp Shirima is 26 years old, and he is from Moshi Diocese. In addition to his parents, he has 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Linus Theonest Kasigara is 26 years old and is from Dar es Salaam. Linus’ father is deceased. In addition to his mother, he has 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Edison Stephen Mchonde is 20 years old, and he is from the Mwanza Region. In addition to his mother and father, Edson has 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
Hilary Venance Augusti is 21 years old, and he is from Kilimanjaro. In addition to his mother and father, Hilary has 1 sister and 4 brothers.
Patrice Simon is 21 years old and comes from our Buhemba Parish in Musoma Diocese. In addition to his mother and father, Patrice has 2 brothers and 7 sisters.
Luis Kiyaya is 24 years old. He is from the Diocese of Sumbawanga. In addition to his mother and father, Luis has 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Robert Mzurikwao is 22 years old, and he is from the Diocese of Sumbawanga. His father is deceased. In addition to his mother, Robert has 1 sister and 2 brothers.
Livinus Mkuras is 24 years old, and he is from the Kagera region. In addition to his mother and father, Livinus has 7 brothers and 4 sisters.
Emmanuel Regius Sanyanga is 23 years old, and he is from the Diocese of Sumbawanga. In addition to his mother and father, Emmanuel has 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
Desdery Exupery is 23 years old, and he is from Kilosa District in the Morogoro Region. In addition to his mother and father, Desdery has 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
The next edition of our blog will introduce our two brother candidates. They told me that their photos will be “ACTION PACKED.” We will see!
