The World Day of the Sick is observed annually on the liturgical Memorial of Our Lady of Lourdes, a significant day of devotion to the Blessed Mother, who is a powerful intercessor for the sick.

5th Sunday in Ordinary Time – February 9, 2025

As “fishers” we cannot be observers or on-lookers, but must be active participants in the life of Christ and the Church.  Let us take heart, as did Isaiah, Paul and Peter and give our ‘yes’ to God.
