On Saturday, April 25, the Canadian Province of the Congregation of the Resurrection elected our next Vicar Provincial, Fr. Paul Voisin, CR.
The role of the Vicar Provincial is to support the Provincial Superior in the good governance and stewardship of the Province. The Provincial Superior, with the support of his Vicar Provincial and Councillors, is charged to lead the Canadian Province in living the Charism and Mission of the Congregation of the Resurrection, today and into the future.
We thank Fr. Joseph de Viveiros, CR, for filling this role for the last six years, and for supporting Fr. Tim Uniac, CR so well in caring for the Canadian Province.
May the Risen Lord bless Fr. Paul Voisin, CR with wisdom and compassion as he helps our incoming Provincial Superior, Fr. Toby Collins, lead our Province.
