A Messy Job

Over the last few weeks, we have noticed more and more pests in the cooking area: bugs and even mice and rats. So, we thought that we should make an all-out attack on the problem. Like most household problems, it started small but then got bigger. The ceiling in the kitchen was pealing paint and we realized that we needed to scrape and paint.

From there, we noticed more problems and acted accordingly. Everyone pitched in.

Saulo, Diof, and Daudi are doing their part. I bought these shelves in 2019; it might be their first thorough cleaning!

Meanwhile, inside Paschal and Adrian were working to fix some water leak problems to inhibit the critters from returning.

The pantry was now empty. But then we saw how dirty the walls were and decided to paint this room as well.

Johnson Lucas is our young painter. We call upon him whenever we need some serious painting done.
